Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeneSupp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Educational Purpose Only

GeneSupp is for educational and informational purposes only. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The supplement recommendations generated by GeneSupp are based on published nutrigenomics research and are intended as general educational content. They are not personalized medical prescriptions.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, or health regimen. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information provided by this Service.

3. No Warranty of Accuracy

While we strive to maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge base, nutrigenomics is an evolving field. We make no warranty that the information provided is complete, current, or error-free. Gene-nutrient interactions are complex, and individual results may vary based on factors beyond genetic variants alone.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: ensuring you have the legal right to use the DNA data file you upload; understanding that results are educational and not medical advice; consulting healthcare professionals before making health decisions based on this Service.

5. Payments & Refunds

The full report is available as a one-time purchase of $29.99 CAD. Payments are processed by Stripe. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for refund requests within 14 days of purchase.

6. Affiliate Links

The Service may include affiliate links to supplement products on third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon). We may earn a commission on purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. The inclusion of affiliate links does not influence our supplement recommendations, which are based solely on published research.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeneSupp and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to health outcomes resulting from following supplement recommendations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
